My primary work for SCORE is as a workshop presenter.  I offer two events that provide the essentials of what it takes to launch a new business and great tips on how to grow an existing business.   I also provide advice for those looking at franchise business concepts.  

The 6 Steps workshop...  I help you to identify key areas required to build a successful business that includes mastery, niche/marketing, your sales process, systems/leverage, team development, and business education. 

The 5 Ways workshop...  I help you identify the five (5) key profit drivers in your business and they are your number of leads, the conversion rate of those leads, average dollar sale, number of transactions and profit margin.  I will teach you how to measure and track these five metrics to better monitor the financial performance of your business.   

And most importantly, I will introduce you to what is required to develop the discipline needed as a business owner, plus help you learn the basics of business planning and the implementation of action steps by using an accountability partner.

Because I have a full-time franchise and business coach recruiting firm, my ability to do 1-1 mentoring for SCORE is limited.  When people do ask for advice, thy first thing I tell them is to ask yourself questions so you can gain clarity on your goals, dreams and the vision you have for your business.
