My primary work for SCORE is as a workshop presenter. I offer two workshops on the essentials of what it takes to launch a new business and great tips on how to grow an existing business. I also provide advice for people who have an interest in a franchise business.
The 6 Steps workshop... I help you to identify key areas required in a successful business that includes mastery, marketing, your sales process, systems/leverage, team development, business education, and personal development.
The 5 Ways workshop... I help you identify the five (5) key profit drivers in your business. Those include your number of leads, conversion rate, average dollar sale, number of transactions, and profit margin. I will teach you how to measure and track these five metrics (or KPI's) to better monitor the financial performance of your business.
And most importantly, I will introduce you to what is required to develop the discipline needed as a business owner, plus help you learn the basics of business planning and the implementation of action steps by using an accountability partner.
As a full-time franchise recruiting firm, my ability to do 1-1 SCORE mentoring is limited. When people ask for advice, the first thing I tell them is to ask yourself questions to gain clarity on your goals, dreams, and the vision you have for your new business.
